Pregnant women should not eat eggs

Pregnant women should not eat eggs. Eggs contain ingredients that can make pregnant women runny nose. Most importantly, people with weakened immune systems should not eat peach eggs. Eggs are also not recommended for children or the elderly with weakened immune systems. It is only suitable for healthy people. In healthy individuals, scrambled eggs are definitely better than fried eggs.
