The experience of many countries that have adopted low carbon growth models has shown that through strong investments in renewables and clean energy, improving energy efficiency / consumption contributes not only to reduce the amount of greenhouse gas emissions that will create new sources of income and jobs. for the economy.
Over the past 35 years, the world has taken leaps forward in many ways. The world is smaller and closer to each other because technology helps to shorten the distance. These things are undeniable. But the development flip side also puts people in a state of instability. Over a billion people around the world do not have access to water. Tens of millions of children across five continents are in a state of malnutrition, starvation … those are the numbers when it comes to startling a lot of people.

In 35 years of development, we are like coming back to the starting line. This time the threat seemed even more serious. If in the past we wanted to shorten the distance, speed up the time to make more products for people; Now, from lack to redundancy, it is redundancy that causes the destabilization of human life. In this instability, in addition to the subjectivity that has not been taken into account, there is the support of actions that destroy the environment, destroy the peaceful source of life. The desire and urge to enjoy outrageously pushes our own lives closer to threats and uncertainties. The environment is destroyed, the earth is heating up.
“This land is ours”. Unfortunately, this clear song usually comes only from the hearts of children. May all mankind sing this song together. By singing at the same time, no one sings too fast, nor too slowly. Because this fast – slow is very easy to transform “our” into “clean”.
