Dmitry Mendeleev is a Russian chemist, who was the first to find the law and to classify chemical elements. On March 6, 1869, Mendeleev created the Periodic Table of the Elements, classifying the types of elements and organizing them according to a periodic process. In the 1871 final revision, Mendeleev left some blank spaces on his periodic table and predicted that these elements would be found in the future.
