NASA: Alien Life May Be Right On Venus

Venus is a planet with the most inhospitable environment in the solar system. Yet is there life here?

Venus is the second closest host star in the solar system. But even though it’s only number 2, the temperature on this planet is still the highest, even surpassing the planet closest to the Sun, Mercury.

The reason is that Venus has a dense atmosphere, and this gas has the “role” of keeping heat, making the entire planet look like an oven. The average temperature here is up to 482 degrees Celsius.

The pressure of this atmosphere is 90 times that of Earth, enough to crush armored cars. In addition, the atmosphere of Venus contains almost exclusively CO2 and SO2 – forming clouds of highly concentrated acid. In short, it must be said that Venus is the most inhospitable planet in this solar system.

Yet, according to a NASA study, this terrible cloud could contain alien life. Specifically, experts believe the cloud is rich in sulfur dioxide, which is why Kim can nourish life in the form of bacteria.

They use a probe and collect microscopic dark spots on the surface of the planet. This may indicate that microbes exist and absorb light, just as they do on Earth.

These mysterious shadows are like a form of cosmic algae, similar to algae exploding in a pond.

The atmosphere of Venus is known to contain concentrated sulfuric acid, which can reflect 75% of incoming light. This makes the surface of the planet dull, unobservable. So, the existence of dark spots proves that something exists in the midst of this terrible atmosphere.

“On Earth, we already know that life can occur in harsh acidic environments, survive on CO2, and even produce sulfuric acid,” said study co-author from California State Polytechnic University ( Pomona, United States).

Science has determined that Venus used to have the perfect environment to nurture life. But that was the story of 2 billion years ago. At present, the existence of life here is still extremely surprising to them.
