The dog is ready to stop the rattlesnake bite instead of the owner

The golden haired dog was bitten by a poisonous rattlesnake and swollen half of his face while protecting his owner in Arizona, United States.

Todd, the golden retriever, has received a lot of praise after sacrificing himself to protect his owner, according to Fox News. Todd’s owner Paula Godwin shared the story on her personal Facebook on June 29 with a series of photos of the dog’s swollen face.

Todd leaps up until he sees his master almost stepping on a rattlesnake on an Arizona trail. “Todd ran to my feet. That’s when he was bitten by a snake. He whimpered. I picked him up and walked down the hill with my other dog, Copper. J “Quickly received a serum injection and was in the hospital for about 12 hours. Todd saved me from the bite. He was my hero,” said Paula.

Paula explained that she noticed the danger of encountering a rattlesnake around her home, but this snake was almost undetectable. “I am originally from Arizona. I know all the dangers, I am very suspicious of where I live and around. This snake gives no indication that it is there. It is a snake.” The tail of the bell is white with a spotted gray streak. It’s just like the surface of the road, ”said Paula.

Photos of Todd with a snake bite have been shared widely on social media. According to Paula, Todd is recovering and is in excellent health.
